The Flesh Monster was introduced in season three. It is a mixure of rat and human guts and flesh.
It is controlled by the small amount of The Mind Flayer that was still in Hawkins after exiting Will's body.

The Flesh Monster starts off with combining two people's bodys and Billy flays a lot of the town to make the
monster grow even more. The Flesh Monster eventually grows over 30ft tall and goes after Eleven. It bit her in
the leg and she had a piece of the moster in her leg, which is later taken out with her powers.
