Victor's (played by Robert Englund) first appearance was in season four.
He has two kids and a wife. His daughter and wife was killed and his son grew up to be Vecna.

Victor Creel was introduced in season four. There is a flashback to when Creel and his family moved in to a new house. He started experiencing some weird things at the house. Then, those weird things became terrifing things. He witnessed his wife get killed in mid air and went into a trance after trying to leave the house. He got a flashback to the war in France, and when he snapped back to realality, he saw his son and daughter on the floor. The police came and picked Victor up, blaming him because he was the only one at the house and they though he just didn't rememer what he did. He gives Nancy and Robin ideas that would soon save their friend, Max.
